No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky, natural with no added salt or sugar)
  • 3 cups rolled oats (gluten-free oats)


Combine first two ingredients in a large bowl.

*Add up to 1 tsp. liquid glucosamine to mixture.

Slowly stir in the oats. A thick mixture will form.

Scoop mixture with a cookie scooper or spoon, then roll into approx. 1 inch ball shapes.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate at least one hour before serving, so that they're not too sticky when served.

Keep refrigerated. Good for up to 3 weeks.
